Ingredients: blackcurrants (50%), apples (15%), wild raspberry leaves (15%), blackcurrant leaves (10%), comfrey (5%), chamomile (3%), elecampane (2%)

Preparation for one cup of tea:

  • Pour 2g of herbs with a cup of boiling water.
  • Let the tea steep for 5–10 minutes.
  • Shortly before drinking, add honey to taste from the included selection.
