Meadow flower honey is the most commonly harvested honey and is collected in the largest quantities in Latvian apiaries.

The speed and type of honey crystallization (commonly referred to as “sugaring”) depend on the flowers visited by the bees, the moisture content of the honey, and other natural factors.
